Project Scope and Services:
My team Identity and Access Management is responsible for Onboarding, Provisioning, Terminating all company employees and their access to the internal tools, as well as creation and management of Internal Policies. In addition we are responsible for integration, IT security and Authentication. Also new Rebranding, Documentation, Video Tutorials on the tools usage and marketing materials were made.
Challenges:
To implement a set of internal tools allowing automative process of resource tracking, lifecycle management, and provisioning of all worker types (FTEs, CWs, Vendors, Collaborators, etc.). With the Covid Working From Home moratorium, we had to scramble and allow these functionalities outside of physical Campus, therefore saving company $8million a day on average, scale the process and automate many tasks.

Centralized Policy Creation and Management

Using Lucidchart a multiple user flows were created to make sure the structural design of the information space is facilitated in the intuitive way of access .
Wireframing
Before creating a fully functional high fidelity prototypes many wireframing and lo-fi prototype versions were flushed out. The process required cross-funtional collaborations with the stakeholders, engineers, and PMs

Writing and providing video tutorials on How To use our tools is a key for smooth communication with different business stakeholders and other cross-functional teams in order to convey our thought process behind and make others understand how it works.

Resource Tracking
Primary tool for Onboarding, Managing and Terminating employees, and editing their onboarding profile attributes required similar process of discovery, flows creation, prototyping and subsequent UI design implementation.
